Thank you for your continued patronage of Naha West Inn.
We would like to inform you that the cleaning of guest rooms in the new building will be simplified from October 1, 2023 (Sun).
We believe that this change will contribute to reducing our environmental impact by reducing the amount of energy used for cleaning, saving water, preventing water pollution, and reducing CO2 emissions.
We will continue our efforts to contribute to a sustainable society and aim to be an "environmentally friendly hotel.
New building hotel type

Change face towels, bath towels, bath mats, and nightwear, refill amenities, and collection of trash in trash cans.
If you wish to have the room cleaned separately, please ask the front desk.
until 9:00pm the previous day (reception closed)

Note:-
*Please be sure to stick the cleaning card on the outside of the door within the specified time (by 11:00am). If, there is no cleaning card attached, there will be no cleaning.
In principle, the above cleaning will be provided, however if you have any requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.
*The main building will not be cleaned during your stay as in the past.
As this is a long-term stay facility that prioritizes the privacy of its guests, basically hotel staff will not enter the rooms.
Towels can be changed at the front desk.

*For sanitary reasons, we offer free cleaning every 5 nights.
Please understand that we will clean your room once a day (once every5 nights) free of charge.
This is necessary for a comfortable stay and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The cleaning schedule will be discussed with you upon check-in.
