Can we extend check-out time after 11:00 AM?

Yes, you can. Late check-out fee for "Single use" is 1,000 JPY per 1 hour. In case of "Double, Twin and Triple use" ,the fee is 1,500 JPY per 1 hour.

Is there curfew?

Yes, 1st floor main entrance is closed between 0:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Hotel staff stay on front desk for 24 hours.
* You can open the main entrance by room key.
If you don't have room key, please call us by interphone. We will open the door.

After checking-out, can you keep our luggage?

Yes, we can. Whether before checking-in or after checking-out, we will store your luggage.

Is there smoking room?

We only have Non-smoking room.

Is there single room?

I'm sorry, we don't have single room. Please reserve double room for single use.
"Semi-double" means large single bed.

Can we stay for three adults in twin room?

In main building Residence Twin and Deluxe Twin rooms are available the use of a triple.

Can we change room type after booking?

Yes, you could. It depends on room availability.
Please ask us before arrival.

We have booked two rooms. Can you adjust these rooms close together?

Yes, we can. It depends on room availability and room type. Please ask us before arrival.

Can we stay with animals?

You could only stay with service dog.
If you want to stay, Please inform us before your arrival.

Can we request room number?

Is there connecting room?

I'm sorry we don't have connecting room.

When do we need to pay?

Please pay in advance when you check-in.

Can we control temperture of air conditioner?

Yes, you could. We set air conditioner remote controler in all guest room.
Please control the temperture by the controller.

Is there deodorant spray in room?

Yes, in all room, we set deodorant spray "Resesh".

Is there "Bidet" at toilet?

Yes, in all room, we set "Bidet".

Can we order food derivery?

No, you couldn't.
We do not allow to enter any food derivery service.

Can we invite our friends or co-worker?

No, you couldn't. We ask you to meet at lobby with your friends or co-worker.

Can we use outside delivery service(massage delivery service etc.)?

No, you couldn't. We do not allow to enter any derivery service except cotracted companies by us.

Hotel is city area in Naha city, Is there any noisy at night?

From Customers who stay in the past, there is no opinion that felt noisy.

How should I do? When I lost room key.

Please inform hotel staff as soon as possible.
If you not found until check-out, you need to pay for the loss. The price is as below,
Card key: 2,000 JPY as per card (tax included)
Cylinder key: 10,000 JPY as per card (tax included)

If the date what I want is not available, Can I wait for cancellation ?

Hotel cancellation fee is as below,
On the day, without contact: 100% of room fee
On the day, there were contact: 80% of room fee
One day before: 20% of room fee

Can I use the Internet in room?

Yes, you could. We set Wi-fi in all guest room and lobby.
* Especially, you could use LAN cablefor internet in main building.

Is there a telephone in the room?

We don't set a telephone in guest rooms.
In new building each floor, we set internal telephone to front desk.

Waffle-fabric nightwear (pajamas) is provided in the guest rooms.

Under 6 years old, children is free as per one adult.

Yes, we have. Number of bed guard is limited.

No, there aren't.

Yes, we can. Please ask us to warm up baby meal.
We will warm up baby meal by microwave.

Do you have a baby bed?

Yes. Baby cots are available free of charge.
Advance reservations are required as the number of seats is limited. Please contact us directly.

What kind of amenities can I barrow?

You could barrow Iron set, trouser press, smartphone charger, LAN cable, baby crib and bed guard.
Cooking equipment could be rented for a fee.

Is there lundry room?

In main building 2nd floor, we have three wash machines and four dryers. Wash machines are free of use.
Dryers are 100 JPY coin as per 10 minutes.
Detergent can be bought at front desk by 50 JPY.

Are there any vending machines in the hotel?

Yes, there are vending machines for soft drinks in front of the laundry room on the second floor of the main building and in the connecting corridor on the first floor of the new building.
There are also ice machines available in the lobby on the first floor of the new building and next to the inhouse telephone on the sixth floor.

Is there pool or public bath?

We have no pool and public bath.

Is there cash dispenser?

There is no cash dispenser in our hotel.
We inform to our guest cash dispenser in convinient store diagonally opposite side of hotel.

Can I use copy or FAX?

We accept at the front desk on the first floor for a fee.

Can we smoke inside the hotel?

Unfortunately, smoking is prohibited throughout the building (rooms, lobby, balcony, etc.) except smoking areas.
The smoking area is located on the right side of the main entrance when you would go out.

Is there a vending machine in the building?

Yes, soft drink vending machines are located in front of the laundry room on the 2nd floor of the main building and in the connecting passage on the 1st floor of the new building. We also have an ice machine in the lobby on the 1st floor of the new building.

Hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, Located on the 2nd floor of the main building. (Anytime Breakfast Naha West Inn Branch)
You can eat a gentle Okinawan breakfast at any time of the day.

Do you have parking lots? How much it is?

Yes, we have parking lots for 50 cars(Total of 1st and 2nd parking). Parking fee is 1,100 JPY as one car per night. "First come, first serve"

Do we need to reserve use of parking?

We don't accept reservation for parking. "First come, first serve"
If the parking is fully, please use coin parking around hotel.

Approx. 10 min. from Naha Airport (from the airport, drive north toward "Tomari" on Route 58, turn left at "Asahibashi Intersection," and turn right on second traffic signal. Hotel will be on the right after bending at the traffic signal.

By Monorail "Yui Rail"
6 min. walk from Yui Rail "Asahibashi Station" (walk from "Asahibashi Intersection" toward "Higashi-machi". And turn right on second traffic signal. Hotel will be on the right after bending at the traffic signal.) *Take the monorail from Naha Airport.

Is there any transportation service to your hotel?

There is no transportation service. Please use public transportation.

Can you call taxi for me?

Yes, we can. Please ask to front staff.

You could rent cooking set by 1,000 JPY.
The cooking set can be used in residence room type with kitchen.
